The Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force has opened an investigation into crypto platform Hodlnaut.
According to local media, law enforcers have specified the company and its management are suspected of deceit and fraud.
The police have received since August several complaints alleging false statements by the directors and the platform regarding the impact of “specific digital tokens” on its activities.
Law enforcement officers have called on Hodlnaut users who consider themselves deceived to provide documents regarding operations on the platform and related correspondence.
