Web3 infrastructure provider Ankr has recently received a strategic investment from the venture division of Binance.
According to the press release made available by the company developers, Ankr will use the funds to improve the RPC service and develop a stack of developer tools, including the Liquid Staking SDK, Web3 Gaming SDK, and App Chains As Service.
The investment, whose amount has not been disclosed, follows the provider’s significant contribution to the development and maintenance of the BNB Chain ecosystem.
The Ankr team has created the core infrastructure of the network, including the upgrade of the Erigon client, the upgrade of the archive node for the blockchain, and the BNB Application Sidechain (BAS) scalability solution.
