Number of Wallets with At Least 0.01 BTC Sets New Record High

Last night, Bitcoin bounced to $36,100, but so far it is still trading in the red zone. Therefore, Bitcoin could retreat below $36,000 again at any time.

The capitalization of the crypto created by Satoshi Nakamoto has fallen by more than 12% to $681.56 billion over the past week. Short-term investors are aggressively dumping the crypto, increasing the pressure on the digital gold.

However, hodlers seem to be remaining calm. On the contrary, they continue to buy Bitcoins, Ether and other virtual currencies. According to Glassnode, the number of addresses with a balance of at least 0.01 BTC has risen to an all-time high of 9.512 million.

It looks like risk assets and cryptos are retreating, while commodities have been adding in value over the past few days.
