Chainalysis, a crypto analytics firm, has acquired Transpose, a blockchain data and infrastructure company, for an undisclosed amount.
Transpose provides access to blockchain data in real-time through APIs for seven blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, Scroll, and Arbitrum.
Located in New York City, the firm’s personnel have previously been employed by Morgan Stanley, Tesla, and Jump Crypto.
By purchasing Transpose, Chainalysis seeks to fulfill the heightened demand from businesses who want to build enormous data systems with reliable and speedy APIs for both present and past blockchain data.
Chainalysis is renowned for its blockchain analysis tools used by crypto exchanges that need to maintain regulatory compliance, as well as by regulators desiring to track the crypto market.
