The developers of the blockchain project Polygon have unveiled the final testnet version of its Ethereum scaling solution zkEVM before the launch of the mainnet.
According to the statement made public by the developers, with the latest code updates, most of the expected features of the solution are implemented in its second test iteration.
The capabilities of the latter are fully equivalent to the future main network, with the exception of potential corrections based on the results of the audit. The team had previously commissioned two third-party companies to analyze 37 zkEVM components.
The team has recommended that users upgrade to the new version of the testnet.
