ConsenSys has partnered with LivePerson to launch VillageDAO, the “world’s first” decentralized customer service platform.
According to the company, the solution is at the stage of pilot tests. The first client of VillageDAO will be ConsenSys’ MetaMask Web3 wallet. The users of the app will be supported by LivePerson’s Conversational AI technology. The companies have been cooperating for a year now.
The decentralized platform is expected to enhance the ability of brands to engage community members in customer service. VillageDAO will provide the necessary infrastructure and incentive mechanisms for this.
ConsenSys vice president Dror Avieli has said:
