21Shares US LLC has officially filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed Hyperliquid ETF.

According to the Wednesday morning filing, the fund would track the performance of Hyperliquid’s HYPE token, with Coinbase Custody and BitGo Trust named as custodians.

This application follows a wave of recent crypto fund launches and places 21Shares alongside competitor Bitwise, which filed for its own Hyperliquid ETF earlier this fall. A ticker symbol for the new fund has not yet been assigned.
