Galaxy is set to strengthen its operations in the Middle East through a new office and corporate arm in Abu Dhabi. The digital asset management and infrastructure provider views the region as a critical market for future development.

According to a Wednesday announcement, the company will register an entity within the Abu Dhabi Global Market financial center. Founder Mike Novogratz indicated this action is part of a broader plan to enhance Galaxy’s collaborative and operational reach.

“The Middle East is a rapidly growing financial hub,” said managing director Bouchra Darwazah, pointing to its concentration of advanced investors and innovators. She stated the office will help capitalize on new opportunities arising from the region’s influence.

This move follows a period of robust financial performance for Galaxy, which announced a net income of $505 million for the third quarter of 2025. The firm has consistently engaged in major digital asset initiatives, such as participating in a $1.65 billion Solana treasury fund with key industry partners.
