Valykire Investments, a digital asset management firm, has submitted an amended filing for a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The updated form S-1 registration statement was submitted on Oct. 30 and is now available in the SEC database.

This ETF, called the Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund, aims to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in common shares backed by Bitcoin.

These shares represent ownership of the trust and will be traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “BRRR.”

However, the firm notes that the information in the prospectus is subject to change and that the sale of BRRR securities is not allowed until the registration statement is effective.
