A court in Podgorica has found Do Kwon, founder of Terraform Labs (TFL), and former chief financial officer Han Chang-Joon, guilty of forgery and each sentenced to four months in prison.
The time they have already spent in custody will be credited towards their sentence.
Kwon denied the allegations against him in court, claiming he did not know the Costa Rican passport was fake. He stated he got his Belgian passport through another agency.
He denied the media allegations of financial donations to the leader of Europe Now! and stated that this was categorically false.
